Compliance training, built for the people who do the work
Key Knowledge is a Swedish e-learning company helping organisations across Europe meet their regulatory obligations through clear, role-based training.
Why we exist
European regulation has changed faster than the training around it. The EU AI Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the cyber-resilience rules under NIS2 and DORA, and the sustainability directives all now place duties on ordinary employees. Yet most training still reads like it was written for lawyers.
We started Key Knowledge to fix that. We believe compliance only works when the people carrying it understand what is being asked of them. So we translate each regulation into plain language, match it to the roles that have to act on it, and make it something a whole organisation can complete, not just endure.
Key Knowledge comes from the team behind Key Performance, an established name in online course training with a long track record of helping organisations learn online. We built Key Knowledge to bring that same clear, practical approach to a new challenge: the wave of EU compliance rules now reaching every business. The method is proven; only the subject has changed.
How we build our courses
Grounded in current law
Every course is checked against the regulation as it stands today, so the obligations, thresholds and dates are accurate rather than out of date.
Matched to the role
The same rule lands differently on HR, engineers, procurement and the board. We write separate tracks so each group gets the depth it needs.
Made to be understood
Plain language, real scenarios and acronyms spelled out, so a non-specialist can follow along and apply what they learn.
Supported and self-paced
Learners move at their own speed with an AI Tutor available around the clock, and finish with a certificate of completion.
Built in Sweden, for European compliance
Key Knowledge is operated by Key Knowledge Sweden AB, registered in Sweden. Our training reflects European rules and is delivered to a European standard for privacy and data protection.
